Private 1:1 Lessons
A fully personalised Iyengar yoga session tailored to your body, needs, and goals.
Ideal if you are looking for individual support, confidence building, or a deeper and more focused practice.
£100 per hour
Weekdays by arrangement.
Each session is shaped carefully around you, using props and precise guidance where needed.
After class, I can also share key pose notes or photos to support your home practice safely.
Private Group Lessons (2–4 people)
A personalised Iyengar yoga session shared with friends or family, offering individual attention within a small, supportive group.
These sessions are ideal if you would like to practise together while still receiving clear guidance, careful use of props, and adjustments tailored to each person. The pace and content are shaped around the group’s experience, needs, and intentions.
£50 per person
Available by arrangement on weekdays.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the lesson.
Late cancellations are charged in full.
Payment is taken in advance to secure your space.
