Iyengar Yoga for Two is a private session designed for partners who want to practise side by side.This may be a couple, close friends, siblings or family members.
Working in pairs allows you to observe, support and refine each other’s alignment.It builds awareness, trust and communication while strengthening the body with precision.
This is not a casual partner stretch class. It is structured Iyengar practice with clear guidance and intelligent progression.
