A Thoughtful Approach to Back Pain

Back discomfort can make everyday movement difficult and affect how you work, rest and enjoy daily life. Iyengar Yoga offers a careful, structured approach focusing on alignment, stability and body awareness.

In my small home studio in Solihull, classes are limited to four students. This allows me to observe your practice closely, offer individual guidance and adapt poses to suit your body and experience.

HOW IYENGAR YOGA MAY HELP

Strength, Support and Better Alignment

Iyengar Yoga uses precise instructions and supportive equipment such as blocks, belts, chairs, bolsters and wall ropes. These props make poses more accessible and help you work carefully and effectively.

The practice can help you strengthen the muscles that support your spine, improve posture, reduce stiffness and become more aware of how you sit, stand and move.

Rather than forcing flexibility, we work gradually, helping your body develop more space, balance and stability.
